- Return & Exchange Period
- We offer a 7-Day Return and Exchange Policy from the date of delivery.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect size product, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days.
- Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- The item must have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Items bought during clearance sales or special mega-discounts may only be eligible for size exchange (subject to availability).
- Return Process
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team via phone or WhatsApp at +91-9217140099 with your Order ID and photo/video proof of the defective product.
- Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the item from your delivery address.
- Refunds
- Online Payments (Prepaid Orders): Refund will be processed back to the original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Credit Card) within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be transferred via UPI (GPay/PhonePe/Paytm) or Direct Bank Transfer upon providing bank account details.
- Shipping charges (if applied) are non-refundable.
