- Products & Orders
- Product Representation: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our clothing products. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
- Size Guide: Customers are advised to check the Size Chart before placing an order.
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent transactions.
- Pricing & Payments
- All prices listed on Edysahh are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
- We accept online payments (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD) subject to pin-code serviceability.
- Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary between 3-7 days based on destination.
- Aryan Enterprises is not liable for delay in delivery by courier companies/postal authorities, but we will fully assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
- Returns, Exchange & Refunds
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact and in original packaging.
- Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Aryan Enterprises and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.
